The Mailmaster 465HS  

The Mailmaster 465 HS handles DL to C4 envelopes, inserting at speeds of up to 6,000 filled envelopes per hour.

It combines a unique design with proven technology, backed by 50 years experience in mailing.

This comprehensive modular enveloping system offers flexibility, durability and ease of set up.

Insert stations can handle a wide variety of material including single sheets, card, reply envelopes, pre-folded items, stapled sets, cd’s and books.

Cut sheet feeders can feed, accumulate and insert flat for C4, or fold for DL and C5 with OMR, OCR, 1D and 2D barcodes.

 The Mailmaster 565HS 

Handling DL to C5 envelopes, inserting at speeds up to 7,200 filled envelopes per hour, the 565HS is available in a number of configurations with a host of features.
 
The equipment's durable build quality means that it can handle long runs whilst its ease of set-up and quick changeover between jobs makes it equally viable for short runs.

Insert stations can handle a wide variety of materials including single sheets, card, reply envelopes, pre-folded items and booklets. A bookfeeder, capable of handling books up to 4mm thick is included as standard, and an insert station can have an integrated folder.

Peace of mind from the provision of miss, double and jam detectors at each insert station and there are further sensors throughout the machine to check the path of the documents through the system. Any error automatically stops the machine and its location is displayed on the screen.

The Mailmaster Compact

 
                                                                  The Mailmaster Compact is a cost effective DL to C4 production envelope inserter, with a compact footprint which would fit into an office environment as well as a commercial production unit.

The Compact is a comprehensive modular enveloping system offers flexibility, durability and ease of set up.

Constructed to handle large volumes, but designed for easy set up and quick changeover from one job to another to make it equally suitable for short run work.

Three automatic feeders and a handfeed position as standard.

The prime document feeder has an integral folder. Two insert stations handle a wide variety of documents including single sheets, prefolded material, reply envelopes, stitched sets, magazines and books up to 7mm thick.
