The KAS Kasfold 2000 and 5000 have been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the demanding user and to provide years of continuous use.  standard features on both models are automatic operation, double sided jogging, and low staple warning.  In addition the Kasfold 5000 has variable stapling positions, including corner and edge stapling.

Kasfold bookletmakers require no special operating skills and will produce up to 1740 professional looking booklets per hour.  Booklets can be made with up to 25 sheets of 80 gsm paper producing a total of 100 pages, meeting virtually all of today's bookletmaking requirements.

Optional extras for the Kasfold Bookletmaker: 

• KasTrim Trimmer.  when making booklets a KasTrim Trimmer can be used with the Kasfold.  Each stapled and folded booklet is individually clamped and held flat before a single knife removes the feathered edge of the booklet.
• Kas Collator Interface.  The Kas vertical collator interface positively conveyes A3 and A4 collated sheets to the bookletmaker and jogs them from the rear before the stapling and folding sequence.  The collator will automatically turn off should the bookletmaker stop.  The Kasfold 5000 will also cornet and edge staple whilst on line.
